May the force be with you? Isn’t that a Star Wars reference? Yes, yes, it is. WAIT! Don’t close the screen, we haven’t jumped the shark! I’m a firm believer that inspiration is everywhere. And yes, I found some inspirational quotes from Star Wars that I believe you can apply to your positive lifestyle. And let’s face it, we can all use some positivity and love right now.

This is the perfect quote from the
Search your feelings…. let go of your hate
These words are from a climatic part of Return of the Jedi between father and son. Luke Skywalker says to his father, Darth Vader, “Search your feelings, father. You can’t do this. I feel the conflict within you! Let go of your hate!”
Strong words, right? However, if you take a moment to search within yourself you may find that there’s something: a feeling, a thought that you can rid yourself of, especially if there’s hate.
Fear leads to anger, anger leads to hate, hate leads to suffering
The perfect followup to letting go of anger and hate is right here in Yoda’s words. If you cannot let go of anger or hate it does lead to suffering. That suffering comes in different forms and it doesn’t just affect you, it will affect others. Fear is a tricking one, but working on ridding yourself of your fears will create a happier healthy you.
Luminous beings are we, not this crude matter
Currently our surroundings may seem turbulent, hostile and at times sad. It’s not pretty, but you truly do not have to look too far through the crude to see that ultimately we are good people. We are luminous beings, and we’re even brighter and stronger in numbers. (After all, we are all made of stardust.)
