Guided Meditations

Guided meditations work wonders for lifting you out of your own headspace. I have found these videos to be extremely helpful and I use them as I need them. I know you can meditate with just music or sounds but what works best for me is to have my meditations guided by a male voice. They are much more soothing and more impactful for me.

Here are some of my favorite mood-boosting, energy lifting meditation videos!

Put on some headphones and listen while you lay in bed! It works wonders and yes you can fall asleep to them!

This next one is from one of my favorite people! Kenneth! I first heard him on the app InsightTimer and I was so happy (and a little surprised) to hear his voice when I was searching for videos. There is something so mesmerizing about his voice! Take a listen and see for yourself!

This next one is more of a “how-to” video and less of a meditation video but I did enjoy it because I got to watch art being created while I listened. It helped to capture my interest.

Here is a female voice for you. With her, you can get in touch with your spirit guides. It gets very deep so if that’s what you’re looking for, this will hit the spot!
